General Membership
i. Any natural person of any nationality, an enterprise/company/organization of any country that is a legal entity, is eligible to be a general member of the foundation. A legal entity shall be represented by a representative appointed by said legal entity.
ii. All general member enrollments shall be confirmed by the President and Secretary General of the Executive Board subject to membership admission fee.
General Membership Admission
i. General Membership of HAAART Foundation shall be subject to referral by at least ONE member who is on the rolls of life or honorary or permanent members may be eligible as a permanent General Mmember subject to payment of General membership fee.
General Members membership admission fee
i. An individual eligible to be a general member of the foundation shall pay a one time membership admission fee of ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€ 100) or such fee as decided by the executive board may decide from time to time.
ii. An enterprise eligible to be a general member of the foundation shall pay a one time membership admission fee of TWO HUNDRED EUROS (€ 200) or such fee as decided by the executive board may decide from time to time.
iii. The governing board may modify application of discounts / concessions on a case to case basis subject to a majority decision of the governing board.
General Members Annual Membership Subscription fee:
i. A general member individual who is admitted to the general members roll of the foundation shall pay an annual general membership subscription fee of ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€ 100) or such fee as decided by the executive board may decide from time to time.
ii. A general member enterprise who is admitted to the general members roll of the foundation shall pay an annual general membership subscription fee of TWO HUNDRED EUROS (€ 200) or such fee as decided by the executive board may decide from time to time.
General Membership benefits.
i. All general members on roll of the foundation with no dues of subscription can avail discounts of up to 10% on such paid services as and when decided by the executive board.
ii. All general members who have paid an annual subscription fee can attend all general, special and extraordinary meetings of the foundation but cannot cast their vote.
Procedure to be come a General Member of HAAART Foundation:
Step 1: Read the terms above carefully and proceed to regsiter your profile at https://haaart.org/generalmember
Step 2: Once your profile is registered, the board will review and contact you to pay membership subscription fee.
Step 3: Once membership payment proof is submitted, your membership will be approved by the board
