INTERNATIONAL COURT OF ARBITRATION / HICA MEMBERSHIPS / HICA STATE & STATE ENTERPRISE MEMBERSHIP

State & State Enterprise Membership & Fee Structure

State & shall be those who are interested in the promotion of the aims and objectives of the Court and interested in availing alternative dispute resolution services of HICA. State Members shall be exempted from the payment of any Membership fee but will be entitled to receive all the requisite benefits of membership.

State Enterprise Members or State run Public Sector Enterprises interested in availing alternative dispute resolution services of HICA shall be eligible to be a State Enterprise Member subject to payment of the membership fee. 

The following benefits apply to States & State Run Enterprises

  • Members are entitled to 20% reduction on the amount payable for usage of HICA venue halls.
  • Members are further entitled to 20% concession for participation in all conferences, Meetings, Workshops and Seminars.

Procedure to ENROLL AS A STATE ENTERPRISE MEMBER of HICA':

Step 1: Read the terms at https://haaart.org/Service/NTQ=About-MEMBERSHIPS-QUALIFICATION-GENERAL-MEMBERSHIP  and proceed to regsiter your profile as 'GENERAL - ENTERPRISE MEMBER at https://haaart.org/generalmember 

Step 2: Once your profile is registered, the board will review and contact you to pay permanent membership subscription fee of FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€ 500)

Step 3: Once membership payment proof is submitted, your membership will be approved by the board subject to proof of payment related to 'Principal Panel Fee'.

Step 4: Once your membership is approved, log in to to yo dashbard and click on "ADD YOUR PROFILES" and then click on "ADD HICA STATE ENTERPRISE MEMBER PROFILE" and complete the application.

Step 5. The board shall review your profie and confirm you as "HICA STATE ENTERPRISE MEMBER" subject to meetig the qualifications.
